Led by Artistic Director Nathaniel Hunt, the CPW focuses on the growth of the dancer's technique, performance quality, collaborative skills, and artistic expression and individuality
The CPW seeks to highlight the dancer's strengths and challenge them to push past their personal limitations, to reach the brink of impossibilities.
Within the CPW process, dancers will be directed with different modalities to provoke vulnerability as well as encouraged to relish within their insecurities, to explore deeper within a process.
At the conclusion of the 13-week CPW, the dancers perform twice in a professionally produced evening in an NYC theater alongside other pre-professional and professional dancers expanding their professional network of professional dance artists, educators, choreographers, and advocates.
